What are the criterias for being a sustainable brand?
I didn't develop strict criterias on purpose as they change rapidly in these days. New certificates, initiatives and programs are being offered constantly which would make it impossible to keep the pace and the overview. What I'm asking instead is about sustainability in areas like materials, ressources and labour. For me sustainability is given if one or more of these areas are part of your brand DNA and your work is based on sustainable principles.
What kind of value can Maxi bring to my business?
Some of the results that come out of my work can be measured against KPIs such as speed to market, return rates and sample turn over. Others like efficient work flows, streamlined tasks and well structured departments can't, but have a huge impact in todays volatile business.
How do I meet Maxi?
I enjoy face to face meetings and video calls. Out of respect for mother nature I will only travel by train and public transportation within Europe. Depending on your location I'm open to use alternatives.

I'm a senior expert for technical product development and have sufficient knowledge in connecting areas such as design and buying. What I do not cover are other areas such as marketing, controlling, or writing business plans. Please also understand that working with me requires to have a basic textile background (study or industry experience).
SOCIAL DAYS PROGRAM
Each season I offer my services for free to sustainable brands that apply for the "Social Days Program". This is my way of giving back to the fashion world that I have been profitting from in the past both as an employee and as a consumer.
Who can participate?
This program is designed to support young brands with the expertise that would usually take years to build themselves. But also mature brands that want to work on a challenge in their technical product development area are warmly welcome to sign up.
What do I have to do to participate?
Simply click the button "Sign Up Here" at the end of this text. The application process is simple and quick. You enter your brand and contact details and select the challenge you would like to tackle. You can chose from a given list or describe your own techical related topic.
What will happen during the consulting?
As with any other client I will sit down to learn about your challenge, how it grew and what has already been done to tackle it. Following that talk I'll prepare a strategy and single action points for your review. After last details have been clarified I'll start my work for you.
Is it really totally for free?
My services indeed are for free. However please keep possible traveling and accommodation costs in mind when signing up. Most of my services can be used digitally and don't require traveling.
When do I know that I won?
After the deadline for application is over you'll be informed as soon as possible. The deadline for the next season has passed. The new date will be released through Instagram. Good luck .
