I believe in a future where fashion is something valuable again, something that has been produced without harming humans, animals nor nature. After 10 years in the business I understand how long the path to that future still is. So everybody brave enough trying to change the way we make fashion items is my hero already. My mission is to support these heroes and heroines with all my expertise and skills enabling them to deliver their a-game.
I am a german born garment technician, pattern maker, fashion designer and dressmaker with over a decade of experience. My journey led me through start ups like Kilian Kerner, family owned businesses and big cooperations like Zalando and Hugo Boss. I grew quickly and soon moved to managing and strategic positions. The incredible chances I was given paved the way for an exceptional width and depth of skills that I'm benefitting from today.
Former colleagues, leaders and directs describe me as a disrupter who constantly challenges the status quo, a trouble shooter who loves solving problems the pragmatic way, someone with an unique way to look at processes and set them up to enable efficiency and an empathic leader who empowers others. Also I'm a tech-fangirl passionately following the digitisation of technical product development and being nerdy about Microsoft Excel.
